
It is to hard to reduce weight for women. If reduce too much you will look bony not healthy. Thus, Fruit can assit you to reduce weight and healthy. It has a lot of fiber, minerals, vitamins and fructose sugar that the body wanted. Apple is a king of diet fruit because it is delicious, lot of vitamins and not expensive. Some people say if you eat 1 apple per day, your will be healthy. Apple has a pectin that good for our digestive system and prevent high cholesterol and heart attack. Apple also has antioxidants. I consume it everyday. I like green apple more than red apple because it is sour.
